Contoured Health & Beauty Booking Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to schedule an appointment. All deposits for products and services rendered are non-refundable (see Refund Policy below for more information). The amount of the deposit will be automatically calculated by the Company’s third-party booking/payment system when a service is scheduled. Deposits will be applied to the service cost, but all deposits are subject to the Company’s refund and cancellation policy provided herein.
Contoured Health & Beauty Refund Policy
There are no refunds whatsoever regarding any services or products provided by or purchased from Contoured Health & Beauty.
Contoured Health & Beauty Appointment Cancellation/Late Policy
At Contoured Health & Beauty, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure the efficient use of our resources and maintain high-quality service, all cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. Not showing for a scheduled appointment will result in losing your deposit even if you plan to reschedule your appointment. By scheduling an appointment with Contoured Health & Beauty, you agree to these terms.
NOTE: THIS CANCELLATION POLICY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. ALL appointments will be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited if more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and you have not contacted our office. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if more than 15 minutes late. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy as indicated above.

Credit Card Authorization Policy for Online Transactions
Please be advised that all card transactions will be subject to an additional transaction fee.
By purchasing a service or a booking through this website or any of our third-party payment service providers, you authorize Contoured Health & Beauty to process your credit card payment through our service provider, Square (which may change from time to time). We securely use this third-party to process all transactions on this website. All services herein may be subject to a service fee, transaction fee, and/or tax for all credit card transactions. You should read the terms, conditions, and other policies contained on our third-party’s website if you have any questions or concerns about inputting your credit card information or personal information in their system. Upon check out, by clicking on “Agree” and submitting payment, you waive any rights or claims against the Company for any cybercriminal activity or hacking of your personal information and/or credit card information, including but not limited to fraud. By also proceeding with payment and the purchase of any product or service on this website, you hereby agree to the Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy provided on this website and understand that your credit card may be charged for cancelled sessions, services, or bookings in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

Other Payment Policies and Notices
To guarantee your appointment, you will be required to enter your credit card information into the Company’s system. Your card will be charged for the applicable deposit amount and at the end of your appointment or session. If you fail to cancel the appointment or session in accordance with our Cancellation Policy indicated above, your card on file will be charged for the full deposit amount.
You understand that the Company will not be held liable for any personal information or payment information that is entered into the Company’s system, as it is owned, maintained, and operated by a third-party host or company. As such, any personal or payment information leaked or obtained by cyber attackers or cybersecurity breaches will not be the responsibility of the Company to rectify. You agree to hold the Company harmless and waive any claims against the Company for such breaches.
